Roses on Paper Challenge 15 - A gatefold card plus stitching and Simon Says Stamp - Paper Piecing

Theres a fabulous challenge over at Roses on Paper this time, something unusual, a gatefold card and luckily I remembered the stitching at the last minute and did some faux stitching on the inside...whoops. I decided to make the gatefold card a little differently than normal and cut curves into the front and added a huge (maybe a little to big for the card) pink satin ribbon and tied it with a bow, then added a brown baggage label (I bought these in a £1 shop somewhere a huge bunch of them for a £1 bargain, the sentiment is from the summer kit...the papers are K&Co from the paper pad Classic K they are all stunning and I love them and will defo buy another when it runs out...on the inside the image is from the new Summer Kit by Magnolia, I love every single one of them, its the first kit I have bought from them and although it was a little stressful wondering if they would come they were so worth the wait so I will apologise for the next few weeks cards being stuffed with them lol... the sentiment on the sides is from the same kit too, I coloured the fabulous little girl with a combination of Copics and distress ink and just in case I hadnt used enough K&Co paper I paper pieced her shorts too you can see it better on the closeup so I decided to enter it for the Simon says Stamp paper piecing challenge too Im still living in hope of winning the voucher for their fabulous shop lol...I did a shadow for her to sit on in pink but it dosent show well on here...I hope you have a fantastic weekend everyone, its a bank holiday weekend in Northern Ireland so a long one and I hope you like my card xxx
