Good morning everyone and welcome to our Dreamteams monthly blog hop for Mo's Digital Pencil, this month our wonderful host is Rosette and she chose the theme of Die cuts/Punches & Nesties, you should have arrived from the fabulous Debbie's blog and if you havent you could pop over to Rosette's to start from the very start as you dont want to miss any of their amazing work...now as you know I dont have a die cutting machine but luckily I do have some friends that do who were kind enough to send some to me so I could use the shape on the centre, the snowflakes are punched I think in glitterboard...I chose to use this stunning Christmas image is one of the male versions of Stocking and this one is called Timmy, isnt he just gorgeous, he reminds me so much of my Nephew in his new christmas jimjams lol, did you all get new jimjams or nightie on Christmas Eve its a tradition in our family and as you got older it seemed like an extra present...I coloured Timmy with distress inks and the amazing papers are Basicgrey Max and Whiskers/Simon and its double sided...I used the fabulous sketch from Papertake Weekly challenge for my card but missed the text bit oops hope it still counts...I finished with some gingham ribbon from my stash...I wish I could remember where I got this from as I will need more pretty soon...your next stop on the hop is over to the fabulousenjoy the rest of your hop and I will be back tomorrow with a double post day you will be sick of the sight of me soon lol

ReplyDeleteMina this card is wonderful love it, image is adorable and dp are gorgeous, yes wee have always had new jimjams in our family, and I carried it on with mine, I used to wrap them and they thought as you said another present, I still buy them every xmas for them and the grandchildren, it is a good feeling this old tradition I think, lots of Hugs xxxx
