a little bit of sugar...

Good morning everyone I hope your all well and happy and enjoying our little bit of indian summer...ok now I want to hear a massive aaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwww...my poor Phil isnt too well and is tucked up in bed, he has a bit of a rattle in his chest and the doc says his blood pressure is way too high, so they have taken some tests and blood and he has to go back Wednesday to see if they can sort out whats wrong with him, until then he will drive me nuts because give him two days and he will be bored rigid as hes been told to rest so no gadding about for him...so I think he needs many cyber and real hugs as he is never unwell and it drives him insane having nothing to do...my card for today is using this amazingly gorgeous stamp from the House of Sugar...I mean of course Sugar Nellie, she is the beautiful Titania, I think she would amazing in blue frosty shades too dont you but this time I used traditional green and red for her...I coloured her with distress inks all except her green fur which is a Green Aquamarker, the lush paper is from Echo Park Merry Christmas collection and is called Winter Wonderland...I finished with some lush red and white satin ribbon and a few pins...the fab sketch is from Cute Card Thursday and Im also entering this for The Ribbon Girl Blog challenge...right Im off to the supermarket today without Phil though as hes staying firmly on the sofa with his feet up...have a wonderful day everyone

    Mina I love these fairies you keep showing us. Lovley card great colours and ribbon and love the pins now can I ask how you attatch them ?as a kind crafting friend send me some to try. HGopePhil picks up soon and make sure he does as hes told as if men..

    This image is such a sweetie, I'm loving all these new sugar Nellie images, will have to give in and buy some soon!

    I've been wondering about pins and see you've used them on your card so hope you'll know the answer - how do you stop them from pricking people? Is it a really obvious answer like they have a cap or something? Sorry to sound stupid but I've not seen them in any of my local shops and I'm a bit slow to catch on sometimes!! Lol!

    Oh, so sorry to hear that your Phil is not feeling up to par. I thought, since he was off doing his thing over the weekend, that he'd escaped getting "it"! To bad I was wrong. Tell him to behave till the Doc's say he can get back to it, otherwise it just takes twice as long! (ask me how I know, lol!!)
