Good morning everyone a quick question before the card details...do you think I use enough embellishments, its just that when I look at some other cards on my many net travels my cards seem a little plain...what do you think?... well the highlight of my day yesterday was the supermarket but at least we got a little bit of sunshine thank goodness which allowed me to get a brighter than normal photograph of this stunning digistamp from the Greeting Farm isn't she a beautiful Summer fairy, shes coloured with distress inks and I glittered her wings and the centre of the flower... I teamed her up with these amazing papers from Pink Paislee, I bought the paper pad the last time I was teaching in Dublin, its called Queen Bee...aren't they just yummy and the little smile tag is from a pack of cardstock die cuts from the same collection...I used a different fold for my card this time so it would fit into the Quixotic challenge and Cute Card Thursday and I used the fab sketch from Lili of the valley challenge...I finished with a grey blue organza ribbon and bow...I hope you like it...anyway whatever your up to today have a fabulous oneMina xxx

Hi Mina . Firstly this card is another beauty. Lovely papers great image and colouring . Love the glittery wings . Terrific ribbon and bow.
You always seem to have well matched papers , great coloured images that blend well. You do have multi embellishments on most of your cards ie..ribbon, bows ,buttons and tags , so NO ! I would never class your cards as PLAIN!

You have your own style and that's important! Regardless of how other people do you need to keep doing the cards that you are happy with. That's why I keep coming back here =)
A beautiful card doesn't need always embellishments. This is lovely as it is. Sweet image and wonderful paper.

About embelishments, what can I say, you have your own style and that what make your cards unique.
As I see somewhere your card,without your name I do know it's yours. I think that is the most important think, to be yourself. :)

Your card is gorgeous and would be spoiled with too many additional embellishments. Plain is not a word that would spring to mind to describe your cards. I sometimes think I use too many. Very often "less is more".

What a gorgeous card! Love the papers and colours, and an interesting shape too. I think your cards are stunning and you should keep your own style - many cards I see all look a bit samey, so it's nice to see a bit of variety and individualism xxx

Ooh, gorgeous! Love that image and your coloring is perfect! I need to learn to use distress inks. I also wouldn't think to use a gray blue ribbon w/ the yellows, but it goes so well. And I have never thought your cards looked plain. They always look beautiful to me.

Have you ever thought some of those other cards have to much stuff on them? I hope you wont change your style. You have an amazing talent with matching papers and colors. I think you use just enough embellishments to make each and everyone of your cards simply scrumptious!
