Good morning everyone I hope your all well and having a fantastic weekend...sorry I haven't been around for a few days but you will understand when I explain...firstly my Daughters gorgeous fluffy sumo cat had to go back into the vets hospital and I'm heartbroken to tell you all she didn't make it out this time...they found a mass on her scans and her liver stopped working properly so with a lot of soul searching my Daughter decided to agree with the vet that she shouldn't be allowed to just waste away...we will miss her so much, although she was my Daughters cat officially it was us she lived with while she was away at Uni and we cat sat her every time they went away...there were a lot of tears I can tell you...then the next day I fell down the stairs, managed to grasp onto the rail and wretched my hip and knee so am walking around with the help of a stick atm...but there is semi good news the surgeon I went to see last week said I will only need one operation instead of the three he thought it would be...it comes to something when having an operation is your only bit of good news isn't it lol...oh well onwards and upwards but please the powers that be that's enough already...pretty please lol...right my card for today and I have to say its not my best colouring on today's card but my hip was sore sitting on my office chair while I was colouring...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it lol...these little bits of gorgeousness are of course from Mo's digital Pencil, who else could draw these eh...this is called Jumping and I coloured it with distress inks...the lush paper pad I used (the sentiment tag is from the same pad) is the Kaisercraft - Bundle of Joy 6.5"x6.5" Paper Pad I bought at Bunny Zoe's Crafts...although this is a baby paper pad I think the papers and colours go with anything and even the baby sentiment works for these two cuties don't you think...I finished with a few punched butterflies and a scattering of buttons...the fab sketch is from the Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge and I'm also entering it for the Brown Sugar Challenge and Sister Act Challenge too...what you up to today? anything exciting?...I have so so much crafting to catch up with so really must make a start today so I'm off to my craft room if you don't hear anything in 24 hours sent parcels of cake and painkillers lol...whatever your doing have a great day and I will be back tomorrow for our new Bunny Zoe's monthly challenge oh and did you enter this months candy if not its just below this post...have a good one

So very sorry to hear about the cat. I remember how heartbreaking it can be, hope you at least got a little consolation from the fact you were able to say goodbye.
And then to end up physically hurt too... I agree, enough! Sending good thoughts your way!
Absolutely stunning card, by the way. LOVE those colours. x

Oh my, Mina, that's a lot of bad news in one post. So sorry to hear about your daughter's cat. I know it must have been a hard decision to have her put to sleep even though it's for the best. And I hope your operation will be soon and swift.
Great card Mina, and I'm sending loads of hugs your way, Jo x

So sorry about Sumo. I hate that you all have to experience that pain. Our ets become our family mmebrs. In our house, no one told the dogs that they are animals. They think they are human. Love the card Mina. Please don't try jumping ope please. You will be walking around in a full body cast. Take care and take it slow.
What sad news about Sumo, no wonder you couldn't make her eat!! Big cuddle for all of you but it's the best decision your daughter could make!!!
You're a danger on two legs I told you a while ago......do take care sweetie and congrats on the "good news" of 1 surgery. Suppose it wil be after the festive December-month??
xx Irene
OOPS completely forgot to write that your card is superrrr!!!!

OMG Mina! I really hope that your luck changes fast ... poor girl! Hope your knee feels better soon. And so sorry to hear about your daughter's cat ... I know how it hurts to say goodby, I had to do the same a year ago, we had him for 10 years and it was just devastating for me. Your card is just lovely the buttons give it a really lovely effect. All the best & big hugs! Mojca
Best wishes for a speedy recovery and condolences on the loss of Sumo. Pets can be such a source of joy in our lives and it is so hard to let them go.

lovely card Mina, sorry to hear about your daughter's cat and your little trip, get well soon x
beautiful card Mina - so sorry to hear about your knee and your daughters cat - poor puss xx
Your coloring is gorgeous, as always. I'm convinced you could color with one eye closed & a hand tied behind you & still color better than anyone else. I hope you will heal quickly from your fall. Having been in the same situation as your daughter, I know how she is feeling right now. Her heart is broken. Tell her someday she will let another little cat into her heart & love it too.
So sorry to hear about the kitty! I know it is always so hard to lose them when that time comes. Been down that road several times myself, losing a beloved pet.
Good and bad news about your hip... one surgery is definitely better than three! Take good care!
Love your sweet card!

Your card is beautiful - I always love your soft colors. But I am sorry to hear about your daughter's cat. It is hard when you have to say goodbye to our pets. Been there done that so many times and it never got easier with each one that left us.
I do hope you will be well and your operation goes well. Take care of yourself. Big Hugs
Lovely card, love this image and the way you colored it. And this sentiment is simply precious, Love it!!!
I wasn't going to leave another comment; I was just going to sneak some peeks but I love this new image. As always - your colouring is perfect and I love the sentiment.
I'm very sorry to learn that you and your daughter lost a furry friend. My heart goes out to you both.
Hugs, Lesley
