HELP FOR A FELLOW CRAFTER, KATIE AND HER FAMILY

I have something very special to show and tell you today its a plea from the heart for a fellow crafter...the fantastic Jak asked me to join in with this fundraiser for Katie and her lovely family and I jumped at the chance to help...lots of fantastic companies have rallied round to give you a very very special offer, a huge amount of images and the chance to win goodies for a donation to this fantastic cause...here's just a couple of them

Sprout from the fantastic Mo Manning at Mo's Digital Pencil

and

Bunny Friends from Doodle Pantry

these are just two of the dozens of images
Here's just a little bit about Katie...Katie Emmerson Renz married to Kevin with 3 beautiful boys the twins Nate & Will aged 5 and Hunter aged 10 had some news just before Christmas that has rocked their world as they know it.
Katie has been diagnosed with stage 4 Stomach Cancer and is currently undergoing her only option which is Chemotherapy.
Katie is a fellow crafter and is loved within the crafting community.you can read Katie's story on her own blog here
We are collecting to help with Katie's Treatment and to give her lovely boys a treat too.You will receive specially designed images from all of these for your donation.

Every time a donation is made they will be entered into a draw for the prizes from Letraset and Paper Temptress if you donate twice you will get 2 chances to win one of the prizes.
The draw for the prizes will be made on February the 10th
All the details of the images and how to make a donation are on Jaks blog
I cant imagine the agony Katie and her family are going through and know we crafters are a wonderfully close community, I defy anyone to read Katies blog and not be touched by this positive warm woman and her beautiful affectionate family...we rarely get a chance to help someone going through this hideous disease and I know its a hard time of year so even if you cant buy now help by spreading the word as much as you can, this is a wonderful cause so hop on over to Jaks and check out the details
Have a wonderful day everyone

Hi Mina, yes I did donate and I sincerely hope that it helps Katie and her family, as its so sad to think that such a young lass should be suffering like that. Cancer is so nasty it always seems to hit such wonderful people.
Stunning cards and I love them both, sprout is just about right for that little lasses name. With love and hugs Shirleyx.

Your cards are adorable, Mina. Love this papercrafting community. I heard about Katie on the Papertrey Ink forums. I've purchased the digis from Jak's site. Katie and her family are in my prayers.

Wonderful cards, Mina and thank you for keeping us informed. The crafting community is wonderful in circumstances such as these and one that it's so rewarding to be a part of so I've passed on the word via my blog. I'm sure everyone will be amazed by the generous package that's given for each donation. My thoughts and prayers are with Katie and her family.
