Spring is springing out all over - City Crafter challenge+Crafty Calendar challenge+Stampin' for the Weekend

Good morning all...did you have a nice Sunday, I spent the day trying to get rid of some malware that infected my computer from an email, not really harmful but it stopped me running my virus program and kept popping up....aaaaaarrrrggggghhhhh one of my pet hates, why on earth would someone develop a program like this, I seriously don't see the point at all...well its all fixed now took me a while but I did it and my rant is over...so deep breath Mina and rrrreeeeelllllaaaaxxxxxx....ok now start again, good morning everyone I hope you had a wonderful weekend lol...my card for today is for the Bunny Zoe Crafts DT so everything is from there...how cute is this little one with her kitty its from Whimsy stamps and is called Valerie's Spring Rain, I coloured her with distress inks and paper pieced her coat and upper umbrella, the lush papers are from the My minds Eye Hazel 6x6 paper pad, these are brilliant value as they are all double sided and fabulous colour mixes too...all the flowers, hearts and leaves are punched and I used a mix of pearls on the centres...I'm entering this for the City Crafter challenge, Crafty Calendar challenge and Stampin' for the weekend challenge as they all have Spring challenge...well Im off to the town today to do a little bit of shopping as its my lovely Dads birthday at the weekend...wow he is so so so hard to buy for so any ideas would be greatly accepted...have a wonderful day everyone
Mina xxx
p.s. I just noticed I forgot to colour her hair ribbon...oops

Hmmm! What to buy your dad...men are always sooo hard to buy for. What about a box of gorgeously made handmade cards to send to his pals? (maybe not...you'll then have the stress of trying to make Man cards!!) I love this card, all that lush red. Have a great week xxx

Such a lovely card, MIna and the paper piecing suits the image perfectly! I wouldn't have noticed the ribbon thing if you hadn't pointed it out but why is it that this sort of thing is only obvious when you've taken the photograph? One of the mysteries of life I guess!
