at long last ....

yes I finally got my card uploaded and about time too...the air turned a little bit blue last night lol...which reminds me when we were going shopping on Sunday our lovely Daughter was telling us one of her little stories (see it runs in the family lol) and swearing away the more animated she got but after every single swear word she apologised, we were in stitches, I told her your 26 sweetie if you swear you swear there's no need to apologise...her answer oh I don't like swearing in front of my Dad...so its ok to swear in front of me?... what am I chopped liver lol..anyway onto my card today which is for Bunny Zoe's Crafts DT, how cute is this little fella hes one of the new Humphrey's Corner stamps and is called Flowers for you, I coloured him with distress inks and a little glitter and teamed him up with my new favourite pad which is this K & Co Julianne 6x6 paper pad, how amazing are those blues and the roses, no one does flowered papers like K & Co do they...I love love love this pad and its so so thick full of lush designs I bought these from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...the flower is one of the new Prima Corine - style 54885 lush aren't they which is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts too...I finished with some pretty gingham ribbon and a sentiment from my stash...the lush sketch is from Mojo Monday (love their sketches) and I'm also entering it for the Pear Tree Designs Summer Delights challenge too...phew I'm so glad this is finally posted as it was burning a hole in my desktop lol...I'm off to my craft room today as I need to catch up on some DT work whatever your up to have a fantastic day everyone

I'm gradually getting around to visit my buddies after nearly four weeks in Florida experiencing multiple blog difficulties. It's so nice to "come by here" (that needs to be read in a Welsh accent so it sounds like "cum by hure").
Just loving Humphrey on this window-treatment style card. Beautiful, Mina! Hugs, Lesley

Hi Mina, love your darling little card, these stamps are gorgeous and you've coloured it beautifully. I'm tempted so tempted to get these but waiting on some 'me to you' stamps so may leave it a week or so before I treat myself to them, then I won't feel quite so guilty lol. Had to laugh at your wee story, your daughter must think your way more easy going than Dad so take it as a compliment lol. hugs Donna x

Hi Mina. Gorgeous card. The colours are really beautiful and the image is so cute. I think maybe dads are stricter than us mums. Had to laugh though as both my youngest brother and hubby won't smoke in front of their parents and deny that they smoke. Donna

Awesome coloring, lush dp and that little touch of glitter on the flower base is perfect!

I have a feeling these blogger problems we have been experiencing the past few weeks have caused much swearing in the blogging community!

What a lovely Humphrey! Your card is beautiful (as always....) - and your daughter treats you as friend and so feels able to swear in front of you, even though she says sorry each time! My eldest daughter is like that - and it's lovely to think she feels that way!
