Ever had one of those days - Sir Stampalot challenge Christmas Traditions + Stamp with Fun Squares + Totally Gorjuss Traditional colours

Good morning everyone did you all have a fab weekend, I had one of those strange days yesterday you know the kind when your heads away with the fairies...everything I touched fell to bits, I spilled a whole pot of glitter over three images and this one took two tries as I spilled coffee on the first finished card just when I was about to photograph it...I gave up and left it for a while scared to do or touch anything else just in case...oh and I don't own any ornaments, Im not keen on them at all, except two my Daughter bought me when she was growing up and two tall glass tea light holders in my bedroom which I put on the windowsill then made the stupid mistake of opening a window...yep you guessed it lol...anyway onto today's card, how fantastic is this Santa stamp I had to buy it when I saw it at the NEC its from Joanna Sheen and is from the Giordano Studio range of stamps and is called Santa arrives, I had brilliant fun colouring it (twice lol) with Distress inks, the gorgeous papers are from the My Minds Eye Holly Jolly Paper and accessories kit from Bunny Zoe's, Im so glad I bought this kit its stunning, the large tag is from the same pack too...I'm entering this for the Sir Stampalot, Stamp with Fun and Totally Gorjuss challenges...now I'm off to hid in a dark cupboard somewhere until the fairies bring my head back...have a brilliant day everyone

You do make the most amazing cards tho and that's another reason I love visiting you. This is lovely - so traditional and peaceful. Love your colours and lay-out.

Don't go in the cupboard Mina. Clothes could fall off the hangers or the rail could come down. Things could tip off of shelves or you could get your foot stuck in something on the floor. Worse still, the door might shut behind you and the knob fall off! Best to just sit down with a nice cuppa and regroup! We all have those days. Some of us more often than not. And your finished card was well worth the earlier tribulations! I love how you have bent the sentiment in a ribbony effect.
So sorry that you broke your candle holder. Some things are irreplaceable.
Things can only get better.
Warmest of wishes, Lesley

Yaaarrg - Mina, I would have a fit if I spilled coffee on a finished card. Well done for starting afresh and what a beautiful result. That's the most jolly Santa, love the stamp. And all those traditional Chrimbo colours, can't be beaten really!

P.S. Stay away from the coffee!!

Wow Mina, this is so beautifully coloured that I thought it was a glossy photo!! Gorgeous card. Know what you mean about breakages and spillages. I have to have one of those drinking bottles beside me instead of a glass or a cup lol. Thanks for joining us at Sir Stampalot this month.
