Good morning everyone did you all have a fantastic weekend, mine turned out lovely, fab Husband, fab Sunday lunch, fab company but I had a little mishap in the loo, I was leaning over to change the loo roll as I seem to be the only one capable of doing this and my glasses fell down the pan oopsie...but rubber gloves, a pair of tongs (don't worry I threw them away lol) and lots of water and steriliser and they are sorted and tightened up to stop them slipping off again, well I had to tighten them or revert to the ribbon tied at the back option again, do these things only happen to me and is it my age I keep asking myself...anyway my card for today, sorry the photo is bad but I forgot to take it and had to use the overhead light to take it by and it always washes out all the colours, I will retake in the light tomorrow though...I love this beautiful new Whiff of Joy stamp so had to buy it when Nikki got it in stock, shes called Dare to Dream and is gorgeous to colour, I used distress inks and paper pieced her, I also decoupaged her dress but you cant really see the dimension on these piccys...the stunning papers are from Prima, I seem to be addicted to these atm, I wont be able to stop buying them until I have the lot of them I think, the sentiment tag is from the paper pad too, this pad is called Botanical...how sweet and gorgeous are the little net flowers they are from the new Prima Delightful Day collection and are the Starshore ones...all these goodies are from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I added a glittered dragonfly charm and some ribbon and lace from my stash...the sketch is from Sketch Saturday and I'm also entering this for the CYDA For Mum challenge , Stampin' for the Weekend Mothers Day challenge and Whiff of Joy Anything goes challenge too...I'm off shopping for a new oven for my Daughter today so no crafting until tonight...have a fantastic day everyone

Im forever blowing bubbles - Sketch Saturday + Ladybug Crafts challenge

Good morning everyone...bet your singing that song now lol...well my soup went down a bomb, so well there is none left as my Daughter and her o/h took the rest home with them...so not a drop for my lunch, I love to cook for them as it doesn't happen often and if it means that huge pan of soup goes home with them I'm chuffed to bits about it...I refuse to do the weather forecast today...er....well...maybe just say yesterday was lovely and sunny and I'm holding out hope for today too, see you just knew I couldn't do it didn't you lol...my card for today is using this incredible new The Little Mermaid digi from Crafts and Me...isn't she just stunningly beautiful, I coloured her with distress inks and glittered her everywhere but spread the glitter glue out so it was just a hint of glitz but that made it hard to see, I photographed her side on so you could spot it better below

I'm loving these digis so much they are such a dream to colour...I didn't want her to share the limelight with DP's so found some velvet flocked white paper and used that...all I need to finish this card off was some of these lush shiny beads from Kars hopefully to look like bubbles and a piece of white satin ribbon...well come on now do I ever not use ribbon lol...the sketch is from Sketch Saturday challenge and I'm also entering it for the WOW Challenge at Ladybug Crafts Ink TLT challenge...I think I will head out today and maybe treat myself to something nice...who wants to bet it will be ribbon lol...I always do that, I think right I will head into town and buy myself something nice to wear or have my haircut and my legs go their own way to the craft shop and who am I to argue with my legs...whatever your up to today why not treat yourself you never know you might even manage something other than ribbon

How many puns about cows can anyone get - Mo's Digital Pencil DT + Friday Sketchers

Good morning everyone...exactly how many puns did you make about cows yesterday lol...they were so brilliantly done too...most of you guessed I was having problems with my eyes again and my appointment yesterday was to see a consultant...good thing is I don't need any ops bad thing is nothing to be done about it, I just have to live with it, so that's what I'm going to do just get on with things and work around them, I will have to get stronger and stronger glasses I guess I will be wearing jam jar bottoms soon...well I don't have much choice unless anyone wants to lend me their eyes and I count myself very lucky as things could be a lot worse, so I treat myself at Crafters and Co instead although with the drops he had put it in my eyes my choice was a bit hit and miss but with Phil's help and giggles (typical lol) I bought loads of new papers oh and a few ribbons too...we had to go across across a mountain pass for my appointment and there was thick fog and about 4 inches of snow would you believe and it snowed most of the day here yesterday...didn't I say about those grass cutters that there was still time for it to snow, I think I best keep quiet in future don't you...right my card for today which is for Mo's Digital Pencil DT and I used the stunning sketch at Fridays Sketchers for it...isn't this Flower Girl from Mo's Digital Pencil just beautiful, I coloured her with distress inks and paper pieced her dress using these amazing papers I bought from Bunny Zoe's Crafts, they are from the Prima Sparkling Spring 6x6 paper pad, this is a lush pad as are all of the new Prima ones, cant resist them, I finished with a two tone ribbon and a few Prima and Orchid flowers...I'm doing nothing today except taking some photos I could take yesterday...whatever your up to have a fabulous Sunday
