We were so excited when we were told we could get the keys to do some measuring of our new house...so out came the camera and this is what I managed to take in the time we had...Im so sorry I didnt manage to get one of the bathroom and other rooms but they will come later you will be fed up seeing them lol...the one above is one of the reasons we chose this house...this is the amazing kitchen/diner which leads out onto the deck, this is only half of it but what do you think...isnt it lush, the whole house needs a bit of work but nothing like the farmhouse did thank goodness lol
as you can see the last people havent quite moved out yet but this is the living room, gorgoues picture rails in here and the bedrooms and cornicing, and fab wooden floors too and I love the bay window
this is the floor at the front door and the first thing you see when you come in...how fab is that floor, bit mucky though and flecked with paint but nothing a bit of elbow grease wont sort out
and the last one is about half way down the garden, the deck and garden need loads of work, but Phil is going to sort that out, we were thinking of getting some outside sofas, wouldnt that be nice...well what do you think, can you see why we chose it...theres little special things about it and it has 'that' feel to it...I bet you all know exactly what I mean...I would really love to know what you think, out official moving day is Monday 27th and I wont have any internet for a few days before and the day after but I will still be around virtually if you know what I mean lolMina xxx

It looks gorgeous, love the kitchen and floors etc. and I know exactly what you mean by the 'feel' sweetie.
The outside looks like our favourite ever house which we left about 12 years ago. Was it built in the 1930's? if so, it will be wonderful they always have such a lovely feel.

That kitchen is amazing and the living room with the fireplace....
The bay window is a plus as it provides lots of natural sun light. I've never seen a floor like that its beautiful... Cant wait to see more pics.
gorgeous mina. what fun you will have making it yours. awesome garden area too. i think maybe phil can go outside to the man forrest instead of cave and you can slip away to the craft room. you know we want to see pics of the craft room once you get settled in or two weeks from next mon. we don't want the excuse ... no it too whatever. i'll be waiting. i hope you have an inspirational veiw. it's always nice to have a great veiw where you play.

That is one awesome fireplace. Love the grates. I can just picture a roaring fire and your house decorated for Christmas. Your kitchen needs an apron hanging from a hook to be perfect.

Oh Mina it's gorgeous, has it a spare room for when I come to visit? I hope so. I'm thinking once Phil has got the garden sorted and the sofa's are outside and he has baked me that cake. We can sit outside for a cup of lady grey lol! seriously though I love it, can't wait to see it once you have made your mark on it.
