bobbing along - Mo's Digital Pencil DT

Good morning everyone, did you all have a good day yesterday, mine was one of those days when you wish you could start again, I spilt a cup of coffee over three finished cards, then my Dad picked me up to go for coffee and when we arrived I didn't have my debit card and wanted to do shopping, so off we trekked back to my house and I couldn't find it anywhere, luckily Dad had extra money on him...I hunted the house from top to bottom, I could remember where I last had it and could remember having it in my hand but could I remember what I had done with it...nope...I even opened up a bin bag full of rubbish...yuck...so decided to forget it for a while and went to do some ironing for our holiday, I was folding shirts and guess what dropped out...yep...now how on earth did it get there...I'm sure I have a gremlin who plays tricks on me lol...and today I'm getting my hair cut, I hate having my hair cut and find it as stressful as the dentists...I think its that thing of having someone else in control...phew rant over...now my card for today which thankfully doesn't have coffee on it, how cute and adorable is this little Waiting for Rain image from Mo's Digital Pencil, I couldn't resist her now could I...I coloured her with distress inks and put just a teeny bit of glitter on to make it look like she was wet, I'm not sure it worked though...the amazing papers are from Echo Park from their Little Boy range and is called Sailboats, wouldn't you think it was made for this image. I cute some of the boats out to finish the Sketch and Stash Challenge which is a free choice so I chose sketch 33, my stash is my papers and image...I finished with a few buttons...I'm also entering this for the Allsorts April Showers challenge and the Party Time Tuesday Anything goes challenge...right I'm going to remake my three cards and then head to the hairdressers, wish me luck...have a brilliant day everyone

Oh hun, sorry that you had such an upside-down day. Bad news about the cards but a relief you found your plastic! Hope the haircut went well. Loving this creation, she is such a poppet - and the subtle glitter does work. Fabbie colours and such super dp, you're right, it's as if they were made for each other. Perfection. Hugs Sxx

Hee, hee - you sound like my mum. She hates having her hair cut, so much so that she goes to a gentleman's barbers so that she doesn't have to have it washed in there!!! Your card is wonderful!! So bright and fun and that paper is just too perfect for the image!! Hugs, Marie xx

Oh woman, I so enjoy reading your blog, lol! First off, your card is so sweet and love your coloring of course! Now lmao picturing the gremlin running around with your debit card in hand. And hating to get your hair cut? LOL. I look forward to it - it's my time to sit back and chill out - my poor hairdresser, though - I ALWAYS end up passing out in the chair - ha!

Oops, forgot to say sorry about the coffee ruining your cards! That part was definitely not funny. I hope you were able to salvage parts of them.

I would have cried if I had ruined 3 cards as beautiful as I know yours were! This one is just adroable. Love the added little boat cut outs!
