Another little Moo cow - Friday Sketchers 132 + Allsorts challenge week 82 + Craft Your Days away Punch it out + Simon says stamp challenge

Good morning everyone how are you all...well and happy I hope, I went with my Dad yesterday to buy him some slippers, they are one of my own personal hates, I think they are yucky and they are not exactly sexy things are they...anyway is this female logic or what, I think if he is willing to spend a fortune on a pair of comfortable shoes that he wears maybe 2-3 hours maximum why on earth would he want a cheap pair of rubbish slippers he wears almost all day...duh...so I managed to persuade him to let me buy him some slumberland (the same people who make the beds) memory foam slippers which I think were still muck cheap at £20, he wouldn't even consider the ones I wanted to buy him Hush Puppies at £65 but at least I managed to get him up from £3.99 lol, so we have more shopping left to do to get him more pressies mind you finding out he wanted slippers was like pulling teeth so haven't a clue what else to buy him...anyway enough waffle Mina onto today's card...how gorgeous is this little Moo cow, this time he has a couple of little friends with him too...this is Nellie Snellen Koetie Child (style7) from Bunny Zoes Crafts, isnt this stamp just fantastically snowy and wintry, I coloured it with Distress inks and teamed it with these stunning papers from the Kaisercraft Candy Lane paper pad , the sentiment shape is from the same pad too...all I needed to add was some punched snowflakes and ribbon...I used the fab Friday Sketchers sketch and I'm entering this for the Craft your days away Punch it challenge, the Simon Says Stamp challenge and Allsorts challenge too...I will be back at about 6pm with my mega candy results including my extra little candy prize too so will speak to you then...have a fab day everyone

Hi Mina. Beautiful card. Love the colours and such a sweet image. Men are so hard to buy for. Anytime I ask my dad what he would like, he says peace and quiet. Goes in a mood though if you don't get him something. Donna

Love your pinkie card and that beautifully colored adorable image! And LOL at the slippers!!! Men are sooo hard to shop for. And I don't think you would like it much here since rubber slippers probably belong to everyone here (in addition to other shoes/sandals, of course, lol). With the heat, it helps the ol' feet to breathe...or if you're like me and won't go near the high heels I insisted upon when I was younger. Ack, I'm feeling ancient about now, LOL. sorry for the rambling on...

Hi Mina,
This is beautifully put together, great papers and colours and a really cute image. It's stunning.
Your dad sounds like William the cheaper the better for him when it comes to himself - he will spend a fortune on me and the kids.

Awww how sweet, I actually have a 'thing' for cows you know.....not a wierd thing, I just love them...lol....I love it in the spring when they come back in the fields across from me, they really are very nosey....sorry for that.....Your card is fabulous Mina and those papers are so chery and warm.xx

Such an adorable image and those papers are absolutely gorgeous.

Parents are so difficult to buy for I think - my Mum has just bought herself a Wii - she wouldn't let us buy it for her for Christmas and she says she doesn't want us to buy any of the accessories for it - gggrrr!!

Love, Andrea xx

Such a cute card, Mina - really pretty colours. I know what you mean about the slippers - my mum and dad always go on about not spending too much money but as much as I like a bargain, I also want something to last longer than a few weeks! I still don't know what to get my dad - at the moment it's just book vouchers! Hugs, Tracey T x
