by the light of the moon...

Good morning everyone I hope your all well...I think I have the dreaded lurgy, I didn't feel the best while we were in Donegal but put it down to a chill or something but since getting back I have a rash all over now big spots, Phil keeps joking I have measles lol...it looks more like an allergy to me...oh no maybe I'm allergic to Donegal lol, that's why I haven't been catching up with you all yet I have been going to bed quite early, I have even fallen asleep in front of the laptop a couple of time and woken with a very stiff neck in the early hours of the morning, not good for the old joints you know...well what are you up to today anything exciting?...go on make me jealous I love hearing what your all up to...don't you just love how the internet breaks down all the barriers like distance and time...best invention since the written word I reckon...well I'm still on my own today although I think Phil is nuts camping in all that rain I bet he comes back waterlogged, I have a Chinese all prepared for when he gets in so that should warm his cockles...he put the tent up while the weather was good to give it an airing before this weekend, I had to get down on my hands and knees to get in it would you believe, he asked me what I thought...my answer, wheres the en suite, the mini bar and room service lol...I'm so not built for camping...right now onto my card for today which is using this fabulous Sweet Dreams image from D'Arcy's Diaries, isn't it such a cute image, I coloured her with distress inks and used some glitter on the stars and her wings...the lush papers are from the Prima 6x6" Paper Pad - Song Bird which I bought from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I love the soft yellows in this pad its so pretty...I finished with some fab satin ribbon and a bow and the tag is from the same pad...the sketch is from Sunday Sketch & Stamp challenge and I'm also entering it for the ATC's and Cards with Attitude challenge and the Southern Girls challenge...I'm having another crafting day today I caught up with a lot yesterday but still need to do a bit more today and then I will hopefully stay awake long enough to catch up with you all tonight, I miss my hopping...whatever your up to today I hope you manage to stay dry

That image is so gorgeous and I love the soft colours you have used. I so don't envy your Phil - I don't do camping either. As we have wall to wall football the next three weeks I am clearing out my craft room and trying to get organised.
Hope you soon feel better.

Mina this card is so pretty. You should maybe go to the doctor Misses, a stiff neck and a rash is never a good combination. Get Phil to press a glass on the rash to check it. Hope you feel better soon my friend. Lee x

Well, after a few days of brilliant sunshine & heat we are now in the cloudy, cool, rainy yuck again!(it poured all day yesterday & today isn't looking much better!) Today I think will be a curl up with a good book kind of day or a hide in the craftroom day. Your card is gorgeous Mina! I love that bird background paper & another beautifully colored image!
Hope the "bumps" are gone soon & you feel better!
Hugs,
Renee
