Good morning everyone, its official spiders are getting huge, I have had to chase around my house three of the biggest spiders I have ever seen...I was going to photograph them but didn't want to get close enough too get a good shot instead I resorted to throwing shoes at them from a distance...I think when I killed the first one the others are seeking revenge lol...I wonder why they are so big now and are they all over the country or just here...onto my card for today which is for the Friday Sketchers challenge, I love this sketch and will use it again and again...the stamp is of course Belles and Whistles, shes called Cupcake and I have been waiting to get my hands on this beauty for ages and a couple of months back I was lucky enough to win the Belles and Whistles challenge and the fabulous Summer sent me her last one in stock (thanks Summer) as my prize...how lush are these Stampin Up papers these are the first Stampin Up things I have ever owned and I won them in the candy from Lori...they are a huge thick pad called Welcome Neighbours Designer Series Paper pad...I finished with a rose and orange gingham thin ribbon, I hope you like...have a great day everyone and watch out for the revenge of the Giant spiders lol

Lisa ;)

Hi, Mina. Despite spiders hunting you made a gorgeous card of yours! This image is so sweet, I love how you coloured it! Hugs. Miria
So sweet !! Beautiful colors you've used on her!!
Lovely card and beautiful papers. Re the spiders better spiders than flys which spread disease and vomit over food before eating it. it is a sad fact that spiders get bigger as wagon wheels get smaller.....
Hi Mina
A stunning card,yes the spider's are big,
Hugs Dianne xx :)
LOL Mina, we're being attacked by huge spiders here this morning too. Connor and Kara were screaming so brave Mum came to the rescue and.....screamed too LOL!! Stunning card, your colouring is amazing and I love the colours, absolutely gorgeous! hugs, Jane xxx

Hi Mina. Gorgeous card. Lovely soft colours and your image is beautifully coloured. I don't mind spiders at all. We had a little mouse in our roofspace a little while ago and it wouldn't take the poison or the trap we set and you could hear it at night scurrying about. Had to get the experts in. Donna
UGH spiders they do seem to be getting bigger and some odd colours too and I don't care what anyone says they never seem to run away from me they sort of stop and then charge or am I just being paranoid. Fab card that EB image has got to be one of my faves and your rose is simply gorgeous - did you make it? Take care Ann-Marie xxx

We've had a few of those monsters at our house too, funny I'd thought of taking a pic as well... but I'm usually too busy screaming for my DH!
Oh Mina...My son has been leaving a layer of conkers outside our front & back door to keep the spiders out...it DOESN'T work...last week there was a huge one in my breakfast bowl & I nearly broke my neck going out to the garage after the conkers had rolled about!!! Lovin' this card, spesh, that gorge' flower xx
so gorgeous! Love the row of trees along the bottom of the card! the gingham ribbon is fab, and as for that flower! WOW!! stunning! Hugs Juls
Beautiful card Mina, the colours are gorgeous & I love the rose.
Two things about spiders: if they're in your house you don't have damp, so that's good :) & secondly; try to be courageous, gather them up - in a plastic box or similar - & get them out to your garden. They are fantastic at eating all the nasty aphids etc., that will destroy your plants.
I do still get a shiver when I see a big one in the house, but I'm much better now & at scooping them up & getting them out. You could always get a spider catcher from Lakeland!! :)
oh yuk , hate ...like really hate spiders .

Those are my biggest nightmare,I freez when I see them.
So I'm so glad that you wont get a piccy of them.

Another gorgeous card - the image is adorable, beautifully coloured!
We have a huuuuuge spider in our house at the moment - I don't mind seeing him until he stops in the middle of the room and I can feel him staring at me, ready to pounce and run up my trousers! In fact, my husband has just pushed him in my direction aaaggghhh!
I normally have to catch the spiders when the children see them - I take them outside, past the car but, do you know what, they turn around and head straight back towards the house! My husband tells me I should shake them up to disorientate them! LOL!
Have fun.
Love, Andrea xx
Hi Hunny this is just stunning, had to leave a comment, I thought I was the only one plagued by these giant spiders thank god I am not I thought it was punishment for something I had done, every night one of these dinosaur spiders seems to appear on my bedroom wall, you know what I am like with spiders, cannot sleep until I have killed the blooming thing then lay awake all night thinking he's brothers and sisters will come out and play, I am really obsessed by the thought I might swallow one in my sleep. Ohhh Happy Dreams Hunny xxxxx
